Card Complete Service Bank AG is Austria’s first fully integrated payment service provider. However, merchants have not been able to query their current transaction figures. They could only be viewed in their account statement. IQSOFT’s Online Transaction Index will ensure greater transparency.

Its Functions at a Glance:

  • Query of, and targeted search for, invoices to be settled.
  • Display of current transaction figures. Also transactions related to earlier requests for settlement can be searched and downloaded.
  • Access to current contract terms and conditions.
  • Display of merchant hierarchies.

“Once daily the server of the retailers’ online account will receive the new data of all registered merchants. These data will then be loaded into a special server-installed database, from where they are read directly each time a user makes an inquiry. No matter how great the data volume, this approach is easy on the old system and works perfectly”, explains IQSOFT Consultant Walter Mauritz.

Do you speak English? The Online Transaction Index is Multi-Lingual

card complete Service Bank AG operates internationally. This is why the Online Transaction Index is multi-lingual. The online help functions, the imprint or downloaded forms are displayed to users in the language required. Currently the service is available in German and English. In future other languages may easily be added.

Advertisement is Always Present

The header line of the Online Transaction Index includes a card complete ad that is always visible to retailers. It can be updated by card complete staff at any time.

Staff may also use the Admin function to:

  • invoke the Online Transaction Index assuming the role of a merchant (SuperUser function)
  • view merchant access statistics and download excerpts.
  • start data transfer from server to database when prompted to do so.
  • administer users.
