Integrated Document Management
The growing variety and quantity of documents makes orderly management of files, hard disks and e-mail systems more difficult. Information cannot be found or users do not know about its existence. Each document may include valuable information.
Everything under Control
Targeted Document Management helps make such information usable. This is ensured by a joint document pool, where employees can file documents and access pre-sorted categorised documents.
Important Information at your Fingertips
Information will be available also outside your office at any place in the world. The availability of all in-house information, irrespective of time and place, is a key condition to ensure the success of your business.

Document Management by IQSOFT
IQSOFT works with Alfresco and Web Services using C# clients. This will give an explorer-type representation, with a document’s attributes also on display.
The feature is accessible to clients in a network by enabling Windows network drive. The network drive will be enabled directly via Microsoft's Server Message Block Protocol or the Common Internet File System. Once enabled, the drive will figure as a Microsoft Windows network drive under a user-selectable drive letter in the system environment of connected workstations.
